Located in Springfield, Missouri, AGTS is the national seminary of the Assemblies of God and one of the world’s leading Pentecostal seminaries. Our Doctor of Ministry degree is one of the largest in the nation, and we are also a significant contributor to the U.S. Military, with 105 alumni currently serving as U.S. Military Chaplains.
OUR PASSION.
The flame in the lower left of the logo represents the Holy Spirit, who fuels the University’s passion to help students discover, develop, and live their God-given calling as Spirit-empowered servants of God. Both elements are contained within a shield, which serves to boldly proclaim and protect the University’s mission.
YOUR CALLING.
The upward arrows in our logo represent the upward calling of each student. Each arrow is made up of three primary points, which represent the presence and preeminence of the Trinity in all things – God our Father, Christ our Redeemer, and the Holy Spirit our Empowerer.
